STARTEEPO INCREASES STAKE IN XEROX TO 7.34%, CALLS ON COMPANY TO UNLOCK XFS VALUE

Prague, September 8, 2026 – Czech investment fund STARTEEPO SICAV has increased its stake in Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX) to 7.34%, including options, making it the Company’s third-largest shareholder after BlackRock and Vanguard. At the same time, STARTEEPO presented Xerox management and the Board of Directors with a proposal outlining further steps to enhance shareholder value.
STARTEEPO recognizes the progress made by the current management team in integrating Lexmark, improving profitability and reducing debt. The fund sees Xerox Financial Services (XFS), the Company’s customer financing business, as another significant opportunity.
According to STARTEEPO’s analysis, XFS could be worth between $1.3 billion and $1.5 billion, or approximately $7.69 per Xerox share. The fund is therefore proposing greater transparency around XFS’s financial performance and a strategic review of the business, including potential third-party capital, a joint venture, partial monetization or a potential sale.
According to STARTEEPO, the objective is to further reduce Xerox’s debt, optimize its capital structure and create greater flexibility for long-term shareholder value creation.
Additional information, the open letter to the Board of Directors and the full investor presentation are available on STARTEEPO’s website in the section dedicated to Xerox.
