CZECH COMPANIES
We support local small and medium-sized businesses.
The fund invests in shares of Czech small and medium-sized enterprises that are entering the Prague Stock Exchange as part of an IPO or are preparing to do so (so-called pre-IPO), but also in private equity opportunities.
We focus on companies with high added value, mainly of a manufacturing nature. In most of them, we aim for a significant minority stake.
DEEP VALUE
Leveraging valuation anomalies to the fullest.
Our goal is to identify quality companies trading at a significant discount to their intrinsic value and exploit the potential for their gradual revaluation.
These opportunities often arise during periods of market overreaction, short-term problems, or low investor interest.
NEW ECONOMY
We are looking for opportunities in trendy industries.
We are also looking for stock opportunities in new dynamically growing sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, artificial intelligence, fintech and others.
However, the selection of investments is firmly based on our valuation models, where we only select shares of companies offering an attractive and balanced risk-return profile for the portfolio.
